With an extensive background in insurance and risk management, Joel brings a wealth of experience and insight into providing effective and efficient brokerage services to Canadian and International commercial enterprises across a wide range of sectors.
Prior to establishing Partners Indemnity, Burlington (now known as Paisley Partners Inc.) with Ted Szpiech in 1999, Joel held senior level positions with several insurance brokerages, working with clients in the retail, chemical, automotive, manufacturing, property development, educational, and government sectors. Earlier, Joel led the Risk Management function for a number of large North American companies in the construction, property development and retail sectors.
